MWRT 2024 – Drive Day to Milwaukee

After a short stop at Bally’s Casino began the drive from Kansas City. I had one planned stop along the way at the Indian casino Meskwaki Bingo Casino and Hotel.

Played with 2 players for awhile, then 1, and last shoe heads up. The last shoe was great with winning max bets and multiple medium bets. PB was watching me the whole time and when the shoe was over, he told the dealer to take a break after she had only been working about 20 minutes. He immediately went to the phone. I knew he was not happy with my large win, so I colored up and went to the cashier. They had to call the pit for approval to cash the purple chips. They got off the phone and askedf or my ID. I made an excuse for not having it on me because I didn’t think I should have to identify myself when no one else has to. They went back to the phone and told them what I said. After a few minutes, hung up and began cashing me out. But paused, went into the back room for a few minutes before coming back to finish the cash out. They really go to a great extent to make you feel watched if you ever come away with a good win.

It was a long drive on a rainy overcast day and finally arrived at my room at the Hampton Inn ready for bed and a nights sleep.
